The king of lower body strength. Squats build quad, glute, and hamstring mass while demanding total-body stability. Khoshal coaches every client to a technically sound, deep, loaded squat — regardless of starting point.

Four phases, each building on the last. This is how elite strength is built — not by going heavy every session, but by training with intelligent structure.

Phase 01
Technical Foundation
Weeks 1–3
Form perfection before load. Every movement pattern is assessed, corrected, and built from the ground up. No heavy singles until technique is locked in.

Volume accumulation at moderate intensity. Building the muscular and neural base that heavy work will later demand. Progressive overload applied every session.
